Armand F. Lauzon, Jr. Chief Executive Officer Sequa Corporation President Chromalloy Armand F. Lauzon, Jr., is Chief Executive Officer of Sequa Corporation and President of Chromalloy. His experience in manufacturing has spanned two continents. Prior to joining Sequa, he held positions at two portfolio companies of The Carlyle Group, most recently as Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the John Maneely Company. He also led Firth Rixson Ltd., first as Chief Executive Officer and later as Chairman. Prior to that he worked for Precision Castparts Corporation, where he led the investment casting and forging businesses. Mr. Lauzon holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts and an M.B.A. from the University of New Haven.
